Currently, the transcripts are in the form of a .txt, but I think it would be nice to make at least an .html file (and possibly send the transcripts in the log ticket room) instead that would use the Discord interface to allow greater ease of reading with a more familiar theme.

At least that's what I think. Apart from that, the bot is great and it's a great job that goes with it! ;)
